Within the framework of its national and international expansion, GEBOA seeks resellers/installers of security and geolocalisation systems.

In order to ensure a maximum satisfaction of our customers, we wish to establish a partnership with professionals who answer the following criteria

1. Experience

The Reseller must have experience of the sale of alarm or geolocalisation systems for private or professional customers. He must be able also to ensure the maintenance of our technological products in the field of the interactive mobile solutions.

2. Organisation

The Reseller must have an administrative organization and established procedures in order to manage the purchases, the sales, the marketing and the support activities.

3. Finance

The Reseller must have a banking reference and a favorable credit limit.

4. Office and products' demonstration

The Reseller must have an office with sufficient sizes in order to be able to present and show the GBEOA's products and to ensure a professional environment which does not deteriorate its image.

5. Products' availability

The Reseller must be able to maintain a sufficient level of stock, accessories, promotion material and sale literature in order to answer customers' requests.

6. Sales and support personel

The Reseller must maintain qualified sales and support teams with a high level training. This personnel will have to follow the training courses suggested by GEBOA. He will have to be able to demonstrate the GEBOA's products, as well as their applications and configurations.

7. Pre-sales support

The Reseller must have the willingness and the capacity to provide pre-sales services to his customers, including the assistance in the selection of GEBOA's products. He will have also to answer the questions relating to the products and to test the products in the configurations in which they will be used and in the spirit to ensure an optimum customer satisfaction.

8. After-sales support

The Reseller must have the willingness and the capacity to provide installations and customers' training. He must also ensure a first level call center.
